  • Wrote the Editorial Voice for Penn Medicine, the first medical school in the United States.

  • Created a department-wide RACI model for content development and approval.

  • Lead in numerous rapid innovation projects with the Center for Health Innovation.

  • Acting Creative Director for the largest healthcare communications network in the world, responsible for leading cross-agency and cross-capability teams on the strategic, creative, functional and technical development of digital communication and brand engagements; including business requirements, content strategy, user experience, information architecture and all phases of creative execution.

  • Creative lead in the complete re-design, re-build and re-deployment of a US-based Content Management System for one of our largest healthcare clients, including the creation of front-end design and content standards, style guides, waterfall processes for off-shore and near-shore development; as well as agency recommendations for SEO, Key Performance Indicators, Best Practices for mobile usability and accessibility (W3C).

  • Founder of MODUS—a product development team specializing in creating scalable, sustainable and patentable digital products, processes and prototypes using emerging technologies.
